INFORMATION
Reservations and Payments
A 25% deposit is required at the time of your booking
to make it easy for us secure all the necessary bookings.
The remaining balance should be paid 2-3 weeks prior
to your safari date.
Accepted method of payment is only wire transfers.

After confirming your safari with us, please email us
back which confirms that you have chosen us to handle
your safari/holiday.
Cancellation
Having paid the deposit, it confirms that you are
willing to utilize travel arrangements and accommodation
which we reserve on your behalf. If you consider canceling
the holiday, please write to us and all cancellations
are subject to a certain charge based on the estimated
losses and calculated as follows:
60-30 day’s cancellation before departure- 20%
of the safari cost is forfeited.
29-15 day’s cancellation before departure- 60%
0f the safari cost is forfeited.
14 days or less-
There will not be any refund for gorilla permits as
this is a direct policy from the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
Please note that if you just postpone your holiday
to a definite future date, you will not incur any
cancellation charges.
Precaution
People with any illness, physical disabilities, advanced
pregnancy mental illness, are cautioned not to take
part in rigorous/ hectic activities.
Luggage and all personal belongings are at the owner’s
risk.
Itinerary- We will do our best to make your holiday
memorable basing on what you want and what we think
is best. However we reserve the right to make all
the necessary alterations depending on the unforeseen
situations.
Safari prices are liable to change depending on the
fluctuations of foreign currency rates and we reserve
the right to change prices.
NB:
Please note that we take no responsibility for any
damage on property or to a person, natural calamities,
theft, discrepancies in; hotel services, airport services;
or any services not concerning us.
